The Mediterranean variety Mataro and the indigenous variety Yiannoudi are very well acclimatized to Cyprus warm summers and together produce an elegant medium bodied red wine. Yiannoudi is one of the upcoming local varieties of Cyprus, of which we have planted two vineyards. A promising future! ?
